Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We offer nationwide shipping across India. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Delays may occur during festivals, sale seasons, or adverse weather conditions.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the total weight of your order. Orders above a certain value may be eligible for free shipping, which will be clearly mentioned at checkout.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our logistics network and hope to serve our global customers in the near future.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number and courier details. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@kerniqnaturals.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Please note that during high volume periods (such as holidays or new product launches), there might be slight delays in order dispatch or delivery. Natural calamities, strikes, or COVID-related restrictions may also impact timelines.
